Loan Processor
Loan Processor must posses a NMLS license.
Will assume responsibility for the meticulous oversight of documentation and the submission procedures pertaining to residential mortgage loans. They serve as the primary liaison connecting the borrower, real estate agent, mortgage loan officer, and mortgage underwriter, facilitating communication from the loan's inception through the completion of the mortgage transaction.

Compensation: $35,000-$75,000 per year
Duties
· The Loan Processor accurately enters required loan data in loan origination software and document provider interfaces. Completes all processing tasks with some or little to no assistance, depending on experience.
· Verify and audit loan documents and stipulations for accuracy and completeness – customer, employment, insurance, registration, and title documents.
· Enters loan terms, borrower information, and third party data into loan origination software throughout the loan process.
· Review loan files for completeness and accuracy.
· Creates initial loan documents for supervisor’s review using knowledge of loan regulations, policies and procedures.
Creates final loan documents for loan officers using knowledge of loan regulations, policies and procedures.
· Ability to communicate effectively and work in a fast paced environment.
· Provide outstanding customer service during outbound and inbound calls while meeting service level agreements.

Required Education and Experience
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· NMLS License.
